Purchase Terms & Conditions
Online Ordering
When you place an order to purchase a product from Thomas Cook Publishing, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you.

Payment
Payment is made through Comodo. All personal details entered including credit card payments are automatically encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). You will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen to confirm this. Payment will be taken from your credit/debit card once your order has been submitted. Included within your payment will be a postage and packing fee of either:-

£1.50 per item for despatch in UK
£3.50 per item for despatch in Europe
£5 per item for despatch in the Rest of the World
If you order more than three items you will only pay the postage and packing for three items.

Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within five working days. If you do not receive your order within seven working days please contact us on 01733 416477 with your order details.
